I am Luca Lumetti, a Ph.D. student at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. My current research focuses on computer vision, medical imaging, and artificial intelligence. In the past, I contributed to the Ubuntu Italian Community as part of the web team, served as a high school professor, and worked as a freelancer developing backend and frontend solutions for various clients. I have a strong passion for open-source software, Linux, and terminal-based applications. My interests extend to competitive programming and CTFs, and I have taken part into challenges like Advent of Code, Google Foobar, Reply, etc. Beyond my tech pursuits, I actively practice Rock Climbing, achieving in the past top rankings in national competitions, and perform shows doing Aerial Silks and Acrobatic Dance.
